Rob Buchanan has significant experience in all aspects of Construction Law in many jurisdictions. Currently a Consultant (Partner designate) at Deacons, he was formally a Senior Associate at Masons, the pre-eminent Construction Law firm in the UK. The types of work in relation to which Rob has advised include rail, tunnelling, utilities, stabilisation works, sewerage, coastal defence, commercial development, roads, mechanical & electrical and bridges. Rob has recently concluded project support and dispute resolution advice to contractors involved with the Channel Tunnel Rail Link and also the East London Railway Line in the UK, both of which included significant amounts of tunnelling.
